			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Sunt in masura sa dau cateva sfaturi despre modul in care pierdeti in greutate, sanatos si fara stres.</p>
<p>1. In primul rand, ar trebui sa fiti impacati cu voi, sa va placeti asa cum sunteti, cu cateva kilograme in plus. 2. Ar fi ideal sa si faceti ceea ce va pasioneaza. Sa lucrati intr-un mediu pozitiv, care va stimuleaza.</p>
<p>3. Implicati-va intr-o activitate dupa job/scoala:sport, citit, shopping, etc . Veti uita de mancare</p>
<p>4. Mancati sanatos &#8211; fructe, legume crude. Puteti sa mancati morcovi cruzi in loc de a bea o cafea sau un mar intre mesele principale.</p>
<p>5. Mie imi plac salatele, asa ca cel putin o data pe zi inventez salate la birou. Salata de azi: rucola, branza feta, ulei de masline, porumb, spanac, telina si &#8230;..mere. </p>
<p>6. Iesiti la plimbare seara, sau faceti un sport.</p>
<p>Da, asa se recomanda, eu nu mai fac decat bicicleta acasa. Dar am o solutie : WII. Este fantastic de amuzant, relaxant. Cred ca daca va scurtati pauza de pranz cu 15 minute si faceti un tenis cu un coleg sau un box cu seful atitudinea voastra va fi alta.  Nu mai spun de  alte sporturi pe care le puteti juca in echipe.</p>
<p>7. Seara, acasa.  Seara nu mananc decat 2 &#8211; 3 mere</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Varza murata, boia de ardei dulce, ulei de masline( de preferat BIO &#8211; este mai scump dar esti ceea ce manaci,nu?) piept de pui fiert.<br />
Varza murata de taie fideluta, se adauga pieptul de pui cubulete, apoi uleiul de masline, sare si piper daca este cazul. Nu uitati de boia pentru ca ii da o aroma deosebita.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Imi pregatesc ingredientele din seara asta, iar maine dau o fuga la birou si le las colegilor. Este ziua lor sa &#8220;gateasca&#8221; salata.<br />
M-am gandit la o salata speciala:<br />
- avocado<br />
- rosii<br />
- lamaie -suc<br />
- piept de pui fiert</p>
<p>- salata verde/rucola/telina rasa</p>
<p>Avocado se amesteca cu lamaie si putina sare pana se obtine o pasta.<br />
Se adauga rosiile si pieptul de pui. Daca vreti puteti sa adaugati si salata sau rucola. Pofta mare!</p>
